Zinsser bulls eye 1-2-3 primer sealer 2.5l
Made with zinssers unique proprietary acrylic resins for exceptional flexibility and durability. Bulls eye 1-2-3 can be used under or over any oil or latex paint and will bond to virtually any surface.
Its adhesion characteristics are legendary gloss paint, pvc, ceramic tiles, glass, lead, galvanised metal it takes them all in its stride without the need of time consuming sanding, just make sure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and degreased first.water based interior and exterior use bonds to all surfaces including glossy and hard-to-paint surfaces such as ceramic tiles, galvanising, aluminium, glass, gloss paint, pvc, lead, etc no prior sanding needed to produce a key compatible with water-based or oil-based top coats seals all porous surfaces superior stain blocking low odour, fast drying and tintable dry film is breathable and flexible resists cracking and peeling theoretical coverage 10m2/litre.
