Primer and topcoat in one can be applied directly onto bare steel or a manually de-rusted surface. Surface preparation: remove grease, oil and other surface contamits with a cleaner/ degreaser remove loose rust and deteriorated paint by scraping and wire brushing sand existing gloss paint to ensure good adhesion coverage: 10.5 m per litre use at temperatures between 5c and 35c drying time: touch dry 2 hours, recoatable 16 hoursrust-oleum combicolor original is primer and topcoat in one, based on a urethane modified alkyd, providing good drying properties at low temperatures. The product contains rust-inhibitive pigments and is lead- and chromate free.
