Simply push the empty glass against the lever which in turn starts the flow of liquid. The tap allows liquids to flow freely without any drips when the clip top lid is unfastened. Removing and reassembling the tap is easy for cleaning purposes. The top dispenser has a capacity of 2.1 Litres. The base dispenser has a larger capacity of 3.1 litres.
