Gorilla Heavy Duty Expanding Foam Sealant

The Gorilla Heavy Duty Expanding Foam Sealant is a multi-purpose, high-performance formula designed to expand and fill gaps and cracks up to 2.5 cm. It provides strong adhesion, maximum durability, and high flexibility, making it ideal for sealing around windows and doors without causing bowing.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, this foam helps seal out air, moisture, pests, and insects, improving insulation and protection around the home. The formula is UV resistant* to help minimise outdoor degradation and becomes tack free in 8–12 minutes, with trimming possible after approximately 45 minutes.

Once cured, the foam is sandable and paintable, allowing for a clean, professional finish.

*Exposure to sunlight may cause discolouration. For outdoor applications, coating with exterior paint is recommended.

Important: Not suitable for filling closed cavities or voids, use on or near heat-emitting devices, or applications requiring fireproof or fire-stopping materials.
